First, I am pausing to pray for comfort in your deep loss. The passing of parents is indescribable. There is a difference between encouraging ourselves with words that really do help us versus platitudes, but I agree with you. What comforts one may not help another. Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks for the message. But I have to disagree about the platitude. I’ve lost really really important loved ones. My parents actually and they mean a whole lot to me. Those words are what I had to tell myself to make me feel better. That’s words have been giving me comfort till date
